General Election Could See Record Turnout

  It's anybody's guess, but based on primary turnout, some elections officials said they wouldn't be surprised to see 80 percent of registered voters hitting the ballot box this November.

  That would blow away the 61 percent that showed up for the 2004 presidential election.
