Obama Planning Victory Day May 20
Barack Obama is planning a rather big party in a couple of weeks.
May 20 is when Oregon and Kentucky voters go to the polls, and his campaign expects Obama come out with a majority of the elected pledged delegates.
Quote: "We are building toward that day when we can claim a majority of the pledged delegates, and we believe that's going to be on May 20 and I believe that's gonna be a big night for those of us in this camapaign," said Obama political strategist, David Axelrod.
Hillary Clinton supporters, however, are saying not so fast. There's still the issue of the superdelegates and that whole Florida/Michigan matter.
