Palin Getting More Favorable Ratings Than Obama ... and McCain
Coming off her acceptance speech, GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is looking good in the latest Rasmussen Reports poll.
She's looked upon "favorably" by 58 percent of Americans; 37% see her "unfavorably." Those favorable ratings are a point higher than either Barack Obama or John McCain, who are both at 57 percent.
Quote: The new data also shows significant increases in the number who say McCain made the right choice and the number who say Palin is ready to be President. Generally, John McCain's choice of Palin earns slightly better reviews than Barack Obama’s choice of Joe Biden.
