Primary For Superdelegates

   Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen has proposed a "public primary" of the nearly 800 Democratic superdelegates right after the last state primary.

   The idea is to get the superdelegates committed prior to the party's national convention and hopefully avoid a bruising floor fight between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
